La Torre Camina is a project by the Xarxa Sanitaria Santa Tecla, through the CAP de Torredembarra that aims to improve people’s health situation and is based on physical exercise – namely, walking. The recruitment is done through nurses consultations and by the own participants.

The results reveal improvements in health indicators such as arterial hypertension, cholesterol… There is also an improvement on the emotional status due to the interrelationship between the participants.
